Maui musician Arlie-Avery Asiu is an 'ukulele virtuoso, who is largely self-taught and began playing and composing music at age nine. He has produced four all-original 'ukulele albums, two of which were nominated for 'Ukulele Album of the Year for the 2016 and 2017 Nā Hōkū Hanaohano Awards program. In addition to his time recording in the studio, Arlie gigs regularly for all occasions and groups, small or large. He loves teaching beginning to advanced ʻukulele and guitar to students around the world and seeing the positive difference that music can make in a person's life. Arlie's newest venture is the creation of the 5-piece Arlie Asiu Band.
